Courtesy of Dick Bertel we have a copy of the Hartford Times from September 21, 1957, the date WTIC-TV3 signed on. Although the whole section is not all about WTIC-TV, it is interesting to see what was going on in 1957, so it is all included.

The very last page has an article about a new novel by WTIC Alumnus George Malcolm-Smith.
