"Voice
of the People". This was a short-lived weekly documentary shot
entirely on location. This photo shows the first program in the
series, being filmed a couple of weeks before Channel 3 went on the
air. It depicts the plight of Italian-Americans living on Front
Street in Hartford who are about to be forced out of their homes and
neighborhood to make way for Constitution Plaza. The program won
