Denise D'Ascenzo
January 30, 1958 – December 7, 2019
The entire WTIC alumni group has
voted that Denise, although a
"newcomer” to the station, should become an Honorary Member of the
group
because she epitomized so well and for so many years, the spirit that
made WTIC-AM-FM-TV so special to so many of us.
Denise was the longest
serving
anchor at WFSB-TV, for 33 years.
